Shipping Policy (USA Orders)
This policy is applicable to orders shipped within the UK. It is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping practices and procedures. By ordering from our store, you accept the policies contained herein.
A. SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
- In general, shipments are in transit for 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order cut-off time: 05:00 PM UK Summer Time (London).
- Order handling time: 0–1 business day (Monday to Friday).
C. DELIVERY TERMS
- We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx to deliver products.
- For Manufacturer Direct Shipping (see Section G), carriers may vary depending on the manufacturer’s choice.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
- We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit.
- If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@heinztohome.store.
E. CANCELLATIONS
- You may cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched.
- If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- If a parcel is visibly damaged during delivery, please reject it and inform the courier immediately.
- If the parcel was delivered in your absence, contact our customer service team at support@heinztohome.store for assistance.
G. MANUFACTURER DIRECT SHIPPING

- Processing & Handling: Typically 1–2 business days, though delays may occur.
- Shipping Times: Usually 1–5 business days, depending on the manufacturer’s location and the delivery destination.
- Tracking Information: Provided by email once the order is dispatched.
- Communication & Updates: In case of unexpected delays, we will keep you informed.
H. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- This policy primarily applies to UK orders.
- For international orders, additional terms may apply, including customs duties, taxes, and extra shipping fees.
- Customers outside the Netherlands are responsible for import duties and taxes required by their local government.
- Please note that Regional Availability & Pricing (RAAP) may apply: some products may have different prices or availability depending on your region. Such differences will be clearly displayed before checkout.
